The website effectively and efficiently displays business contact details, geographical mapping of locations and at the same time showcasing promotions to customers via brochures, coupons and discount vouchers. We also provide various web marketing solutions to both small and medium companies.
P Squared Web Synergy Ltd is looking for a motivated, independent and creative individual who will help drive the company to success. You will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategies of the Management. This includes developing tactics and achieving goals and objectives set by P Squared Web Synergy Ltd. Driving marketing activities and measuring the success of the Marketing Mix. Sales experience is a MUST and candidates with extensive business contacts will be a big plus.
• A marketing degree or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years work sales and marketing experience
• Communication Skills - Proficiency in English, French and Mauritian Creole
• Computer literacy – Ability to use windows OS, email, internet. Use of Adobe Photoshop would be a plus.
• An extensive business network
• A car and driver's licence would be a plus.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote user base growth, raise brand awareness and to bring value to clients.
• Utilize a structured dynamic web tool (back-end database) and process for developing, maintaining and approving content for marketing collateral.
• Development of campaigns/ads and liaise with internal and external creative agency resources.
• Maintain a sales toolkit including standard business presentations.
• Phone and field sales with potential clients.
• Supervision and training of sales, marketing and administrative personnel
• Develop and implement a comprehensive a media plan for advertising, sponsoring and social media marketing
• Create content for blogging, email web marketing, advertising and social media marketing
• Identification of potential marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses, forecasting projected business and establishing targeted market share.
